What we charge

On-site Support – from £45

Most of our on-site support is charged at a fixed rate of £45 per hour on a pro rata basis. There is a minimum charge of £45 (1 hour). Any parts or software that are required to complete a job will be charged extra on your acceptance of any quote given.

Some services are charged at a fixed rate. Where this is the case, the price is clearly marked on the relevant service’s page.

Off-site Support – from £45

Remote Support – from £15

Remote support is charged at a fixed rate of £45 per hour on a pro rata basis. There is a minimum charge of £15 (20 minutes). There is no charge if we are unable to fix your problem remotely. Any software that is required to complete a job will be charged extra on your acceptance of any quote given.

Remote support is support that is offered by email, telephone or via our Remote Support service.

How to pay your bill

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due at the time the work is completed. A receipted invoice will be emailed or posted to you within 24 hours. Business accounts are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

You can pay your bill by debit/credit card or cash. Business account holders can also pay their bills by BACS. Details for BACS payments are shown on every invoice. Business accounts are only available to business customers with a history of at least two paid invoices or where an account has been applied for and confirmed as being opened. Sorry, we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
